On Thursday the 1st May 2025 you have the opportunity to vote in your 15 PARISH COUNCILLORS and 2 BUCKINGHAMSHIRE COUNCILLORS.
The Parish Council offices are closed to public access at this time, Council staff are continuing to provide a reduced service for essential activities, subject to any staff absence due to sickness or self-isolation.

In light of Government Guidelines, Chalfont St Peter Parish Council have suspended all Council and Committee meetings indefinitely, in line with guidance on social distancing in the fight to minimise the spread of the COVID-19 virus.
The Annual Meeting of the Parish which was due to take place on Wednesday 14th May is postponed.
Should there be any changes to this situation we will of course update these notices, as well as our Facebook and website.
Playgrounds are CLOSED, they are therefore NOT being inspected for safety, please DO NOT lift children over the closed gates.
The Garden of Rest is now CLOSED. On March 26th 2020 the Health Protection (Coronavirus, Restrictions) (England) Regulations 2020 came into force. The Regulations were made in response to the serious and imminent threat to public health which is posed by the incidence and spread of sever acute respiratory syndrome Coronavirus. The Regulations relate to the exercise of powers conferred by various sections of the Public Health (Control of Disease) Act 1984.
Therefore, with immediate effect our Garden of Rest is now closed to members of the public, except for funeral or burials. Funeral services and burials can only be attended by immediate family as per the Government advice.
We apologise for any inconvenience or distress this may cause and will open the Garden of Rest as soon as we are allowed to do so.
