On Thursday the 1st May 2025 you have the opportunity to vote in your 15 PARISH COUNCILLORS and 2 BUCKINGHAMSHIRE COUNCILLORS.
Back in August 2019 Chalfont St Peter Parish Council responded to the original planning application for a Motorway Services to be located on the land between Junction 15 and 17 of the M25, a copy of the original representations can be found in Appendix 1 of the new report.
The contractors appealed the planning decision, the Parish Council have again responded with updated representations to the planning appeal against non-determination of outline planning application PL19/2260/OA, registered under appeal reference 21/3272171.
The representations identify the relevant planning history for the site, the statutory planning policy and area constraints that are key considerations in determining the appeal. This is followed by a review and discussion of the merits of the appeal, followed by conclusions and a recommendation. These recommendations were sent to Buckinghamshire Council in May 2021.
