An outline planning application has been submitted to Buckinghamshire Council for a housing development in Chalfont Common of up to 975 houses.
We understand there is public concern about this application and would encourage residents to register their comments on the Buckinghamshire Council planning portal using link below:

Please note that this planning application has been amended recently, meaning that Bucks Council (Local Planning Authority) will now accept comments up until 27th June 2024 via the planning portal (preferred option) or via email to planning.comments.csb@buckinghamshire.gov.uk.
Please also note that existing comments will still be taken into consideration, new comments should be made in particular on the new documents uploaded on the 18th April 2024 and on the Planning Site Notice.

SENSE & PARISH COUNCIL PUBLIC MEETING – 9th NOVEMBER 2023 at 8pm at the Hub.
Over 400 people attended public meeting sponsored by the Parish Council and SENSE on 9th November at the Hub in Chalfont St Peter, regarding the above outline planning application. A presentation was shared highlighting the issues raised by this application followed by questions. Reports have been produced by each of the Parish Council and SENSE and submitted to Buckinghamshire Council objecting to the Epilepsy Society planning application and can be accessed HERE (please click and scroll down to see them).
SENSE4CSP is a local group of volunteers who have historically successfully campaigned for changes to large scale planning developments within the village.
