D-Day 80th Anniversary in CSP - Thank you!

Thank you to all that joined in commemorations for D-Day 80th Anniversary in Chalfont St Peter Gold Hill Common on the 6th June 2024.

Thank you to the Parish Council Councillors and staff, the Royal British Legion Vice Chair Morris Carcket, county standard bearer William Humbidge, Standard Bearer Nathan Chick and Parade Marshall Susan Chick, Howes & Co. Fish & Chips van, Sherbet Dab Ice cream Cab, coffee van, Ms Nicky Fisher with Era of Heroes Show for the1940s songs music entertainment, Valerie Robbins and the bell ringers, Sean Bree ex-45 Commando for Lighting the Beacon, Fireland Forestry for preparing the beacon, Cllr Mimi Harker Chairman of Bucks Council for attending and for all of the residents that attended and many more who helped us make this event possible.
